Gay Pride Parade 2013

The Gay Pride Parade in NYC is my second favorite parade of the year (can't help but love the Halloween parade the most). The pageantry and energy are amazing. This year more than others there was a whole lot to celebrate. While I was tied up for the bulk of the parade I did catch the last hour and was able to get an inkling of the craziness this year. Nearly five hours into the parade it was still going strong and the sidewalks were packed. Apparently the crowd was 20 deep during the bulk of the festivities.
